Russ, explained in detail the current market trends in our Neighborhood and gave us detail statistics that allowed us to Market our home at the appropriate price. During the process he was responsive to our requests for information and would get back to us in a timely fashion, usually within the hour. My partner and I were first time home buyers, and initially chose Russ through Zillow as he was the realtor on the first condo we wanted to see. We feel so fortunate to have found him as it was a joy to work with him. Off the bat he's an easy going likeable guy, and knew the Seattle area well, but what we really appreciated was his honesty about the good and the bad aspects of where we were looking. In hindsight I'm relieved we didn't get the first place we really fell in love with, it probably would have been a bad fit long term. We shopped for condos for about two years, and as first timers we were very skittish. Russ was patient, responsive, worked with our schedule and our budget, and we never felt pressured to make an offer, or pushed into something that didn't check our boxes, even as the market got tougher. Russ really listened to our needs. It was a long learning process, but our patience paid off and when we found the condo that we really wanted, we were able to craft a very competitive offer that was accepted. We are so grateful to have had a realtor like Russ. We learned a ton, he was lovely to work with, and we will definitely be reaching out to Russ for any future home buying or selling endeavors.
