I remember when my wife and I bought our first home many years ago and how overwhelming the process felt. I was so grateful to have an expert who patiently explained the process and listened to our concerns, making the process manageable and fun. I decided when I became a Realtor to give the same kind of caring, attentive service to all my clients and be the same kind of person for them that my Realtor was for us those many years ago. That philosophy has served me well and paid off professionally. I'm incredibly blessed to be a top performing real estate professional, having been in the top percentage of Realtors who have met a high performance level of production and service in our area. I was recognized by RE/MAX for over 10 years as a top producer and earned the RE/MAX Hall of Fame award for achieving a significant level of sales/commissions with the company. This year, I launched out on my own and formed Gordon Properties and continue to provide exemplary and attentive service to buyers and sellers in the Colorado Springs market. I enjoy providing guidance in all areas of real estate, including new, custom and luxury homes as well as investment advice. I love adding to my social media connections a blend of Inspiration, Personal Development, and Humor, because life isn't all about work is it? I have been called an effective teacher and love to see people increase their net worth substantially through real estate ownership and investment and help people grow personally through enlightened sharing and leading. I've been involved in business development and charity fundraising including a National support outreach to families and the Children's Miracle Network supporting Children's Hospitals as well as the Ronald McDonald House and Kiwanis International; I'm a published author and community leader, serve on the Board of a marriage support organization and I earned an M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Regis University. I was very honored to graduate with a 4.0 GPA, deliver one of two commencement addresses and was inducted into the Alpha Sigma Nu National Honor Society. I have an amazing wife of 34 years and 4 incredible kids, including our youngest with special needs (such a great kid!) I enjoy music, volleyball, P90X, reading, writing and self-development. I have aspirations and plans to write, speak and teach even more in the near future.
