Ruby was a phenomenal realtor in assisting me to make an immediate purchase with an extremely short closing date. I called around 7:45am and she answered her phone. Before 12:30pm, she sent several listings to view and followed up on everyone one of the properties that met my needs. Safety was a paramount concern and I had to trust her judgement on locations. Ruby was extremely responsive on a daily basis. Ruby found the perfect place for my daughter that met all of our needs. A contract was written by the end of the week, and the closing date met our schedule. In the middle of COVID- she did several video tours of the home with us to make the right decision.
