I am writing to give praise to my Realtor Ruby Scott, who exceedingly handled a very stressful situation with calmness, and professionalism. To make a long story short. I was working with a Mortgage Company during my approval process and had a hiccup between the Mortgage Company and the Investors of loan. At the last hours and heading into my Final Approval process my loan was halted and put on hold and was actually heading to Denial due to this Guideline that was not clearly outlined. This is when I contacted Ruby to advise her on what was going on and to let her know I am probably not going to close on this home. Ruby immediately in her calm voice said to me okay, tell me exactly what is going on. Therefore, I explained to her what had happened as I am trying to not freak out, and give up. Ruby, then tells me very calmly that she will handle it. And then it happened within 24 hours of my conversation with Ruby. I started receiving calls that all are aware of my situation and everyone is working diligently on getting this resolved. I was like WOW! This would never have happened if I had just left it up to my Loan Officer to handle on her own. No digs at her, because she was great! However, let's face it I was not the only client she had so if my loan was looking like it wasn't going to work, and she was repeatedly running into walls herself. Denial it was.
