GOOD MORNING! I MET MR. Ruben Sarinana Jr. in December 2020 I had been trying to sale my grandmothers home which was a hard time for me, I really was against the sale but I had other family members pressuring me to sale. Mr. Sarinana was very professional and understanding he took time on the phone and in person to explain advertising of the sale of the house , and the flow of paperwork and timing procedures. I was impressed with his wellness to help, He was a God send. I finally sold the house however it was with another agent who did not have my best interest.
