In summary my experience with Ruben was just amazing. I needed to find a place preferably in Financial District NYC by February 1st and I only had about 10 days to find a place. He found me a place in just three days. The moment I contacted him I explained him with detail what I was looking for and the next day he had options already for me. He showed me five units in two days, ALL of them with all the features I requested (I was very impressed). In fact, he made it very difficult for me to decide because he also negotiated great deals for me on most of them.
