As a first time home buyer, I could have not ask for a better realtor or process. Royce Issac was patient and walked me and my husband through the process step by step. Our window of time given to Royce and requested needs in our home were exceeded. Royce advocated on our behalf and we felt like he treated the process as if it was his own. The personable approach made a total difference. It didnt just seem like a business transaction, it felt like he was invested in our needs and future wants. While I understand there is no perfect process in homebuying we definitely came close. Royce is a wealth of knowledge and provided the highest level of professionalism and patience.
