Roy sharpened his negotiation skills in helping Buyers and Sellers successfully close residential home investments in the burgeoning Inland Empire from 2002-2012 before becoming a Residential Real Estate Broker. He has listed and sold homes throughout all of Southern California and Las Vegas/Henderson Communities. For those suffering financial hardship and unable to make mortgage payments, Roy has perfected the art of successfully navigating the choppy waters of Short Sales and implementing loss mitigation strategies, including foreclosure alternatives and resolving tenancy for displaced homeowners. Our Las Vegas Office allows us to serve the expanding community in the Silver State, and Roy's son, Conor McCann, Realtor, leads our Team in Southern California in finding the best deals for our clients.
