We knew there were a few builders in the area and Roy knew exactly how they all worked and their reputation. We particularly wanted a new built/custom home which is exactly what we got. With a prime location in Cheshire, Roy helped us with ideas such as home layout, material usage, color, finishes etc. He showed us many other houses through the building process so we had visuals like for our siding, tile, paint etc. Roy is kind and a stand up guy.
