First of all they are very nice people. That was very important to us in choosing a realtor. Roy did a great job selling us a house in sierra vista. He made the process painless and was able to get us a home that fit the needs of our family. We were able to come up with a strong offer in a seller's market. He was honest in the homes that fit our needs and was knowledgeable as to what it takes when you own specific types of home.
