Our loan officer had to push our close date back three times and Roxie communicated with the sellers on multiple occasions to make certain that they were still on board to sell to us and made sure they had no intentions of backing out. She was available through texting, calling, and email at all times and we never felt like we were going through this alone. Her whole team was very responsive and professional throughout the process.
