Roxanne is a nice person to begin with. Not pushy but assertive. She knew the answers to all of my questions about living in Bonita Bay. She was on my side getting the best deal for our condo there. She did the walk through on the day of the closing because we were out of town and will check on our condo weekly until we get down to Bonita Bay.
