I can't begin to explain how grateful I am to have Roxanne as my realtor. From putting me quickly into my condo 2.5 years ago to just recently selling it, I have not had to lift a finger. My condo had some issues that needed to be resolved prior to the sale that were not small and took time to fix. Roxanne worked and advocated for me with the HOA resulting in me not having to pay anything for the repairs that needed to be made. She found contractors, cleaners, etc., to ensure the project was completed as timely as possible. She even rented equipment out of her own pocket to insure the condo was in shape to finalize closing. I can't recommend someone enough who is as caring and knowledgeable as Roxanne. She takes care of her people! If you don't use Roxanne for your real estate needs, you're doing it wrong!
