About Rossilyn Babington

Rossi moved back to the Cedar Rapids area in 2007 after living in Chicago for 6 years post college. She began her new experience in Kenilworth, IL, where she was a live in nanny and helped raise 3 children while also working part time in the health and fitness industry. From there she moved to the heart of the city where she began a successful career in the world of sales where she specialized in marketing and genuine customer service. After moving back to her hometown, she started a family which immediately became her #1 priority. Her daughter is her purpose and why she works hard each day to provide for the things they need. The last 3 years Rossi has also learned the home inspection business and obtained her radon license which then interested her in obtaining her real estate license. With her diverse background and more than 20 years of marketing and sales experience, she is excited to announce that she is carrying over these same qualities and principles with Pinnacle Realty. With her professionalism and depth of integrity and loyalty always coming first, she is devoted to: Taking the time to listen and learn about clients needs, wants and desires. Sold my house for asking price on first day through her network. Buyer waived all inspections and accepted the house as was. Closing was at risk to move out two weeks and she managed to keep it on course to original closing date. Extremely hospital and customer centered. Went as far as to help with last minute cleaning of missed messes. Highly recommended.

Very helpful and kind! Rossi was easy to work with and helped us a lot. We were able to sell the house the 2nd day it was listed. She was able to give details of the house, that was under construction and share it with the buyer. The buyer was also able to pick out some of the details and colors along the way. Rossi was helpful communicating information to the buyer and her realtor. She was able to keep things moving along and peaceful. Rossi was more than willing to help with any request or details needed for the house. Rossi is very down to earth and funny. She helps keep a smile on your face, while trying to keep things in order.Rossi is encouraging and over all a great person!
