He was an outstanding asset, I did not go to site from Cincinnati to look at this condo nor to the closing he went for me. He looked and did face time with me the second walk thru to make sure the condo was a good prosperity and purchase. He did a lot of extra that was not necessarily his responsibility to do. The selling agent was difficult to deal with and left a lot of information out, that he overcame. Also there was a lot of issues with Home owners association that he helped overcome. I would highly recommend Jim Nott to any one trying to sell or purchase. He is very knowledgeable of area and very professional. He ahs since provided service to me for checking the place as I am out of town and setting up an A/C service company to check my unit, meeting them on site to let them in unit to service.
