The home which was listed with Rose was a long-time family home that, unfortunately, had been a bit neglected due to the fact that it was left unoccupied by the owner for several years (though vacant, it was nominally maintained by a local caretaker). As a result, it took quite some months to find the right buyer, willing to take on a home that needed updating. Throughout the process Rose was attentive, supportive, patient with all concerned, and, at the end of the negotiating process, extremely helpful and wise as to strategy.
