Trust the Process is the advice that I would give any first-time home buyer. The second piece of advice would be to get yourself a solid realtor. Doing so will help you feel assured during times of stress and doubt. This home buying process was one long and stressful yet exciting venture of our lives. I am so grateful to Rosemary. Before meeting her my husband and I had already been through two realtors that were just not a match. Rosemary is that person that you just want to have in your life period!We immediately felt safe after meeting her. She impressed us with knowing the ins and out's of Rockland County, from eateries to schools. She was very proactive in sending us listings, scheduling our appointments, and letting us know what to expect once we placed an offer. Even while on vacation she still did her best in giving us what we needed.She truly held our hand to the very end. She is hands-on, she is honest, and she is so knowledgeable, and when she didn't know something she looked into it and informed us immediately. My husband and I never felt dismissed and she played a major part in getting us to the closing table.I am happy to announce that we closed on September 1, 2022.

Rosemary listened to our unique interests and likes. She was always down for an adventure (we took her on many). If we wanted to see a property or two she always made it work no matter how ridiculous or tight our schedules were. At the end of the day she got US and went through it all with us (never made us feel crazy or unjust).We couldnt imagine having gone through the house buying process with anyone else.
