She is a bundle of information, she double checks every step in your process, even things that only you are responsible for, this woman has the CORRECT answer for every question I ever asked her before/during and after buying my house. ZillowVERIFIEDRosemary was fantastic and we would highly recommend her. We let her know what we needed and our price range and she found it! It was not easy because we had quite the wish list: 4 BR house in Chapel Hill that had a garage, some acreage and room for a bar and a pool table...and of course it had to be within our price range. We were relocating from Miami so we did a lot online and narrowed down our choices during our 2 visits to NC. We had a contact on a house in about 3 weeks. Rosemary found us the perfect house and helped us through the financing and Inspections process all the way to closing.
