Roseann was awesome to work with! About 18 months ago she reached out to me by mail to my address where I now live in GA, letting me know that whenever I wanted to sell my Old Greenwich CT property she could handle everything. Indeed in spring of 2021 I decided to sell. She responded right away to my first phone call when I just wanted to explore the process. She gave me great advice on handling the departure of my tenant, and she went on site ASAP to see what improvements needed to be done. She personally dealt with the property management company and repair people, painters, etc. She got the place on the market right away and contacted me as soon as she got a viable offer, and she helped me line up a lawyer to take care of the closing.
