My partner entered into a lowball agreement with a aEURoewe buyaEUR? group out of Detroit. When there was an attempt to have us agree to 25k below this lowball offer, we knew we had a problem. When Rose was recommended by a neighbor, we felt relief. She was there every step of the way aEUR| via text and phone. We were overwhelmed and were being fed false info by the unscrupulous manager and other decision makers. Rose set us up with an attorney and even accompanied us to the appointment so that we stayed on the right track. This mess and agreement that we should not have entered into was finally settled to our benefit. Rose is very knowledgeable of the real estate market in the southwest Detroit market. She has her finger on the pulse of what the market is doing and what buyers are looking for. We had a condo that needed updating before being put on the market. Lance is absolutely fantastic! We call him our official family realtor because we have all gone to him to buy/sell our homes over the past 1-2 years.
