Rose was the best! We had a lot of factors against us ( out of state, VA loan, first time buyers etc) and rose got us a house so fast! We got dumped by another realtor who said he basically couldn't help us anymore becuase the market is so hot, but after 1 talk with rose I knew she would get us a house. Last year I went to go sell my home and was unable to due to poly pipes. I took the house off the market and fixed all the pipes. I wanted to resell the home, but I was very nervous about having to go through more problems. I contacted Rose and expressed to her my feelings and my concerns and she walked me through everything. We were five days until closing and the association where I lived did not approve my buyers. Associations are one tough cookie to deal with. Rose took them to the mattresses and was able to get them to re-look at the review from the buyers and had them approved within a day. We were able to close and both sides were very happy. Roses expertise and knowledge in real estate and her compassion for her buyers and sellers are what makes her an incredible real estate agent. This is the type of person you want when youre making such a huge decision in your life. Thank you Rose again for all that you did and helping both families get an incredible outcome.
