To see Rose is fantastic is a severe understatement. We were paired with her via Zillow to look at a house in Chisago City and while this didn't turn out to be the home for use after asking a few questions she was able to find the PERFECT home for us! She guided us through the process, paired us with a tremendous mortgage broker, and was an awesome help after as we got closer to the sale - including taking some measurements for us in the house. The sale process could not have gone smoother and we were so happy with our purchase process we used Rose to sell our previous home and once again she was on top of everything and ensured we didn't overlook anything during the sale process. My husband and I are first time home buyers and we were on a hunt for a house ASAP. Luckily, our sister in law introduced us to Rose. We met up with her for some briefing and she was so helpful, very talkative, informative, and she gives you that positive vibe that just makes you want to work with her! She is very responsive and punctual. She had asked us if we had a loan officer and we told her we didn't really like our last one that we worked with. He did not want us to use a down payment assistance program and that was definitely a red flag! So Rose recommended one of her trustworthy loan officer to work with and he was great too! When talking to the seller's agent, she will try her BEST to get all the information she can. The market is crazy right now and will probably continue to be crazy for the next couple of years. Rose saw that as well so she advised us to change up our strategy after a few failed offers and it worked! We got our offer accepted afterwards and closed in less than a month! Rose has sold many houses before and we hope she keeps selling more and more. She's knowledgeable and all the people she works with are great. We will definitely refer all of our friends and family to her if they're ever trying to look for a house.
