Simply The Best! Joe, Rose and their Team 54 -- Deb, Kim, Richard and probably others, along with their vendors, contractors and title company made the sale of our three single family rental homes as smooth, easy and profitable as possible! We live in California, have never met any of them in person, but have communicated by telephone calls, text and email. They helped restore the homes to prime sales-worthy condition (the former renters had not left them in the greatest shape). Then, in far less than "average time on market," sold each home to very happy new owners at a price that made us happy. We own another home in Land O'Lakes and when the tenants move out, will definitely sell with Joe and Rose one more time. We would recommend them to anyone who wants a seamless, smooth, satisfying transaction with great, almost instant, communication and advice, when needed. So knowledgeable!

We cannot say enough about Rose and Team 54. Rose was incredibly knowledgeable and came prepared to our 'interview' she was extremely thorough and had comps around the neighborhood. The marketing that Team 54 puts together trumps all other realty companies in the area. We received a full price offer after 3 days on the market. From there Rose was still very attentive all the way through until our closing. It was nice to not feel like another number. Rose treated us like we were her only clients (even though that is far from the truth). The best decision we made when selling our home was to use Rose and Team 54. Their reputation and knowledge speaks for itself. Do yourself and your home a favor and call Team 54. You won't be sorry. We sure aren't. :)

Buying and selling a home at the same time can be very stressful. While working with Rose and her team they were always available for us and more than willing to help in any situation. I will always remember this experience and how Rose made us feel secure and confident in the decisions we were making throughout the process. Rose helped with selling our home and she was not only our realtor, but she was our advocate who was ALWAYS looking out for our best interest. When negotiating to sell your home, it is important to feel like your voice is being heard and that was always the case. Debby was our realtor for the purchase of our new home and her attention to detail of our needs led us to the perfect home. Team 54 isnt the best, theyre better than the best! I would definitely recommend Rose and Joe Locicero! We worked directly with Rose and it was an absolute pleasure. She was friendly, incredibly accommodating, very knowledgeable and super understanding. She was always available and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. She did more than we ever could have asked for. She made the whole process so much easier on us. Her team was as equally available and eager to assist us. What a great experience!We also worked with Deb on Team 54. Deb was AWESOME! She really cares. She did a great job listening to what both me and my husband wanted in a house and what was important to us.
