As an Asset Manager my goal is to acquire, rehab, and sell properties as quickly as possible and get the highest return on investment as possible. I had this property listed with another Laredo realtor for 90 days without getting a single offer. I gave the listing to Rose and received 3 full price or higher offers within the first week. We took the highest and best and closed very shortly after.
