Interviewed a number of Real Estate Agents. Decided on Rosanna due to her presentation but more so on the exchange of conversation during our informal interview process in our then home. The comfort level of information exchange in addition to views and ideas share by Rosanna from her initial review throught numerous follow-on meetings in our home made my family feel very comfortable. Truly enjoyed her approach to addressing a listing price for the house from doing nothing to doing specific corrective actions prior to listing of the house.
