Rosalie Cook is an amazing realtor. With so many realtors to choose from, it was an easy decision who we should entrust selling our home to once we met her. She is very experienced and knowledgeable about the current market, gave her opinion when necessary, listened to all of our requests and then delivered. She sold our home in under a month. Rosalie is very personable but she will fight for her clients. She wasnt afraid of walking away from a deal if we werent happy and that made us feel like we were her priority not the sale. I was very impressed with Rosalie Cook. She was as good as her word. She came to the initial interview as we were thinking of selling our house well prepared with all her information and was very much an expert and professional. She discussed the ups and downs of a higher vs a lower initial offer. We were in a hurry to sell so we decided on pricing the house in the lower range. After that, we buckled up and were in for a short intense ride. She made sure all the potential buyers had pre-qualified for a mortgage and we quickly had multiple offers. She helped us understand the differences between the different types of mortgages and which offers were stronger than others.
