Being a first time home buyer I had no idea what to expect, especially using a VA loan there was so much that I didn't know. We could not have gotten luckier being able to have Rosa as our realtor. I wanted to share our experience with Rosa in 2019. We moved to Glenwood from FL blindly I might add. Rosa was amazing, prompt and thorough with everything. The greatest thing she did was keep such a close eye on our file, that she saved us from getting scammed out of our 65k down payment! Yes, I had a really good scammer, email me instructions where to wire the 65k. I was on the way to the bank (20 min) away when Rosa was able to see my message and called right away to say she never sent anything. To this day she has become a friend and someone who I speak to years later. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!!!
