Rory is the mother rucking BOSS. Sorry guys, I'm keeping this PG for Rory! Before we had decided to actually pursue buying a home or had our pre-approval letter, we met Rory. He was quick to answer our questions, and was more than willing to give us time to think and look around at other agents. Honestly, we really didnt bother looking at any other agents. My wife was set on Rory before we began our search, and she was right. Throughout the entire process, Rory never once tried to push us into a house, nor tried to rush us. He assured us that if it took us a year to find the perfect house, he would support us the whole journey. He was always 100% honest and open with his opinions. There was one point where we went to look at a house and he actually turned and said aEURoethis house isnt worth anywhere near what theyre asking. This is crap.aEUR? He was 100% right. Once we found a home, I swear, Rory was like a pitbull. He was extremely protective of our interests and constantly keeping on the sellers agent, and the loan teams to keep things moving along for us. Whenever we had an issue, and trust me, we had a few, Rory was quick to jump in head first through the wailing and gnashing of teeth to intervene and find a solution. Whenever we had doubts, or a problem with a part of the lending team, he was right there to ninja kick things back into motion. He was a complete blessing throughout this process and I dont believe any other agent out there cares as deeply for their clients as Rory does. He still checks on us even after we purchased the home. Thats right, I said HOME. Rory didnt help us find some random house, Rory found us our very first HOME. Rory did an amazing job helping us find our first home. When the times were getting stressful he made sure to make us laugh and keep us updated.
