ZillowVERIFIEDCliff did an excellent job in all aspects of my apartment purchase. A key thing was his ability to negotiate with the sellers broker---Cliff managed to get me back into a bidding process that had supposedly closed. He conducted a thorough final walkthrough that caught a few problems and then did the legwork that helped get me appropriate compensation. Cliff provided critical assistance with the Board application, the apartment inspection, and contractors. He was always available to answer questions and give explanations. He said from the start that he would be there for me throughout the whole process, and he delivered on that promise.
