Call it luck or call it skill, Rory has the Midas touch. This is the 2nd time Ive worked with him and in both instances the outlook isnt great but he works his magic and I come out better than I ever couldve hoped. He also goes above and beyond. Some minor housework needed to be done in order to close on time but I was out of town. Rory told me to save my money from hiring someone and took care of the repairs himself. Cannot recommend him enough.

Rory is a stand up agent. As a first time buyer I would recommend his expertise, patience and dedication. He walked me and my wife through everything, working within our budget, not pushing us or pressuring us. He was always realistic and friendly. Open to texts, calls, emails. Hed often reply at hours way later than expected. His connections with other agents and companies meant we had knowledge of the field we wouldnt have gotten elsewhere. When it was unrealistic for us based on what he knew, hed say something. As a first time buyer, it was important for me to have an agent that I could trust. For the amount of work he put in versus how much we paid him, I felt bad because as buyers he seriously undercharges. The value you get when hes your agent is a steal.
