My wife and I recently bought a house on Kauai with Ron as our realtor. He did an outstanding job for us. He was sensitive to our needs and did not pressure us into putting an offer on a property that wasnt right for us. He was definitely our advocate. Ron gave us excellent advice as to what offer to make and how to present our case to the sellers (since there were multiple offers). His team kept us informed about what was needed from us every step of the process. Ron is a long-time resident of Kauai, so he knows the local community and has strong bonds with many on the island. Ron and his team including Bailey were very responsive and made an off-island 1031 exchange possible despite all of the obstacles. Throughout the process in negotiating various parts of the deal, Ron was able to obtain a favorable results. He was also a great help in the loan process.
