I was looking for a realtor to sell my deceased mother-in-laws house. I narrowed it down to 2 choices. When I read Roni's bio on her website it spoke to me. I am so happy I chose her.Roni is a gem. Knowledgeable about so many things. Amazing how well connected she is. No matter the problem she has people at her texting fingertips who can fix what is broken. Quality workers I might add. Furniture removal, tile and carpet cleaning, deep house clean, wood work, painting...She remembers everything you tell her. She keeps you in the loop and responds when you reach out. We had many "surprise bumps" along the way due to our personal situation with locating my mother-in-laws documents. Nothing fazes Roni. She finds a solution for EVERYTHING. Everyone told us we were crazy to move during such a volatileA market and we genuinely doubted whether we'd be able to find the perfect situation to even make it happen... but then Roni and David worked their magic...Our circumstances were pretty extreme - we found our new home and had 48 hours to get under contract on the sale of our current home or the sellers were going to move on to the next offer. Tensions were high and we knew Roni and David were the only people who could make it happen for us under such stressful conditions.A After a weekend loaded with showings, which they made entirely worry free, we were under contract and had multiple cash offers for the exact dollar figure we'd requested.A My husband and I were blown away by how easy and effortless they made it look.A Roni proceeded to set up all of our appointments, show up and handle the appraisal, inspection and anything else that needed to be done so we could continue working without skipping a beat. She even offered to help find us moving supplies and help us pack! She also flawlessly coordinated the sale of several pieces of our furniture and artwork to the new buyers which was very helpful.It's worth mentioning that the day we moved a birthday gift we'd ordered SIX MONTHS prior for our son finally arrived in the mail (of course) and Roni drove right over to pick it up and have it sent to us at our new address.A She even sent us off with a thoughtfully chosen going away gift for each family member, including our dog!We genuinely didn't believe this move was going to happen for us because the odds were so stacked against us timewise... I can't fathom any other team could've made it happen for our family and we're so grateful for Roni and David.

Selling my property with Roni and David was a great experience.With a home sale, there can be some challenges in the process. We are SO happy we found Roni. She helped us find our dream home in a market we never thought we couldve bought a home in.
