1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Find a Buyers Agent that will take the time and give you the attention that is required to lead you through the entire process of purchasing a new home. There are numerous components to the journey, find an agent to partner with.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Look for an agent that will be up front with you about the condition and pricing of your home. Pricing your property correctly, is of the upmost importance. You want an agent that know the market and won't inflate the price of you property just to get the listing. You, the seller suffers in the long run from over pricing.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
We have worked with a large variety of clients, all with different needs. We can assist will all real estate needs.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
We recently helped a couple that wanted to down size. We found them a perfect home to purchase that met all their needs and help sell there other home as well!! Love making peoples dreams come true.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Moved to the area and made a career change! Have always been interested in the real estate. It's been a great decision. Having the time of my life.
