Ron was incredible from the day we met to the closing of my condo. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable, prompt and fun to work with. I would highly recommend Ron to anytone who is looking to purchase real estate. He is staying with me even after the closing, checking on the condo, helping with repair work, setting up cleaning services and any other needs I have or will have to use this condo as a winter home.

We live remotely, and Ron was recommended by friends. We called Ron, and he took over! We had very little to worry about even though we were not near our purchase. He worked with the title company, seller's agent, inspectors, electricians, etc...to insure that our house was ready for closing.We would highly recommend Ron for you needs both local, and if like us, you're remote from Florida.

Ron is top notch in every aspect of his profession. We are out of town buyers and trusted Ron to review countless properties for us. He would call us and give us great and honest advice every time. Steering us away from properties that didn't look worth the price and effort. We eventually found a great property and Ron's knowledge and responsiveness was immediate every time. Ron is an amazing realtor! I can't even begin to tell you how knowledgeable he is about his profession & what he does. Before we listed our house for sale, Ron came over and pointed out some things that he suggested we did before listing it on the market. & Needless to say, he was right on 100% with everything he suggested. Our house was on the market for 5 days total. We had multiple showings within just 24 hours of being on the market. The photographer he works with is great too. The pictures turned out so awesome! Ron was by our side every step of the way. He was available anytime we needed him. When we moved, we asked him for some small favors like checking on the house & bringing up the trash cans. Whatever we needed, he was more then willing to help us out with it. I would recommend him to anyone selling a house & if we ever need a realtor in the future, we would totally use him again!!! 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

I would recommend a reputable lender and title company to help the transaction go as smooth and stress free. A lender and title company is an important part of the team in the overall buying process.

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

I would recommend a seller to prepare the home for sale with cleanliness, organization, and a pleasant atmosphere. The home needs to be correctly priced, and have nice curb appeal. There are many inexpensive finishing touches I could recommend after I view the home.

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

I've worked in the industry since 2005. I've had the pleasure of working with all types of clients from the first time home buyer/seller to the seasoned real estate investor.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I'm fond of all my close clients. My clients stay in touch after the sale by social media, calls, and general contact. Some of the fondest memories of my business is when a past client refers me a family member or friend. It's nice to know that I have done such a terrific job that a client would recommend me to a friend or family member.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

I started in real estate in 2005 when the market was booming and a company came into my apartment community and bought the community for a condo conversion. I was leasing apartments at the time and was asked by the management if I wanted to sell the condos. I then became licensed and started selling condo conversions with Coldwell Banker.

6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

I have a great deal of experience with sales and negotiations. I train the new hires at Exit and enjoy helping others make it in the industry. I also started a team in 2015 dedicated to helping more buyers connect with sellers to accomplish an easier transaction than doing it as a lone agent.
