Born and raised in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, I became a resident of Boca Raton Florida in 1988 and work as a Licensed Real Estate Broker as well as a Licensed Mortgage Broker. I am also fluent in the French language. In recent times the economic downturn and Real Estate market has brought many of my old and many more new Canadian investors who are anxious to take advantage of lower priced properties. Their interest is in either winter vacation homes or investment properties. Also, the advent of the strong Canadian dollar has become a great incentive for Canadians to become part of the largest buyers/investor group of individuals buying property in Florida in recent times. Durant cette annee j'ai demanage a Boca Roton en Floride ou je travaille depuis ce temps comme Courtier immobilier agree et Courtier hypothecaire agree. J'ai de grandes passions pour mon travail et j'ai souvent des referances d'amis et de familles de mes clients. Pour moi cela demontre un temoignage de satisfaction de ceux-ci. Dans ce temps difficile pour l'economie de la Floride et pour lequel il y a une baisse importante dans l'immobilier, il y a plusieurs de mes anciens clients et aussi de nouveaux clients qui sont pret a investir et de profiter de cette baisse. Leur interet se situe aussi bien dans une maison de vacance d'hiver ou comme investissement. Aussi, avec le dollar canadien qui est presentement assez fort, cela donne un incitatif supplementaire a faire leur choix rapidement.
