About Ron Buford

Ron Buford grew up in the Middle Tennessee area on a farm in the Upper Cumberland. Ron was a state winner in the 4-H Citizenship project, participated in the Boy Scouts of America, was an avid outdoorsman, and traveled extensively trading livestock. Through these activities, Ron traveled most of the Upper Cumberland and gained a deep apprication for the area and the many unique features it has to offer. Ron later traveled the world as a part of a 20-Year military carrer in the United States Air Force. After retiring in 2001, Ron returned home and started a second career in Real Estate. With a sincere love for the Upper Cumberland area and armed with a high-level of general knowledge, Ron quickly aquired a reputation for being an honest, hard-working agent that worked in the best interest of his clients. Although we did not find what we were looking for Ron came fully prepaired with all the information that we needed for each property we looked at . In the future i would contact him again to show property's in his area.

When I have to deal with people, I have to have someone with a sense of humor and Ron has an excellent one. He was a substitute Realtor on a Saturday morning when my college roomie and I went to TN to find me some land for a vacation home. Ron listened and then took us out to look at land that seemed to fit what I was looking for. He was right on and I found the perfect spot. Unfortunately, it was not to be for me and I went back and did find "the" land for what I needed and I'm hoping to build a home there next year - with a builder that Ron recommended in the area, one with lots of building expertise AND a sense of humor and a nice person. When I sell my property and home in TN, if Ron's is still selling, he's got the job. In the meantime, I will just recommend him to everyone I meet!!
