We weren't ready to buy at that point, and Ron and Sue helped us see that after talking to them. We started getting ourselves ready to purchase a home after that, and once we were ready we knew who to call. It was a great purchasing experience (even with the whole COVID situation), and we found the home that is perfect for our family right now. We weren't initially looking for a townhome, but after Ron helped us see that a single family residence at the price range we were shooting for would result in a potentially unsafe environment or unsafe living conditions we decided to purchase a townhome. It ended being a really great choice for us, and I think that is why we loved working with Ron and Sue. They have so much experience in the home buying (selling too) market and just a wealth of wisdom that they really do help you find the right home for your family. We never felt pressured, never felt pushed around and always felt the decision making was left to me and my wife. Ron REALLY helped with the negotiating, I'm not much a negotiator. ZillowVERIFIEDRon gave us an excellent presentation, and rolled out a plan for selling our home. It sounded great, and we signed on. The photographer he hired to take pictures of our house was phenomenal. Once our house hit the market, though, that's where things fell apart. Ron felt burned that we did not choose to use him as our buying agent. He took this out on us by calling my husband and making us both feel distraught. His wife, Sue, came to stage our house. She discussed my taste in decor behind my back while inside my home. This was unprofessional and disrespectful. She then asked where we planned to move. After I told her, she told me that I don't want to move there and said I should consider other locations that are nowhere near my ideal neighborhood. She didn't know my why, she didn't know my budget, and she didn't know me. Ron managed to make a stressful life event even more stressful. I couldn't take it any longer - the best decision I made was to cut Ron out of the equation and continue the transaction with the broker.
