Romi Schneider is a graduate of Florida International University with degrees in Marketing and International Business as well a Master degree in real estate (MSIRE). Romi is part of a LUXE Properties team that specializes in South Florida Real Estate. Our team is very passionate about fulfilling the needs and wants of our clients. As leader of the team, Romi will assist you throughout the entire process of finding your dream home or selling your existing home as well as locating and securing investment properties. In addition, she will help you throughout the entire loan process. Romi's goal is to assist you from the beginning to the end of your sale or purchase. Outside of real estate, Romi enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, reading a good book, watching foreign films and being a fitness guru. 4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
A home in Bonterra Community that I recently sold for a seller who was 12 months late in his mortgadge payments. He lost his job in Florida and got higher in Sant Antonio TX, so he had to move fast. It was very fulfilling to be able to help someone in deep need of selling his home fast.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I started in real estate helping tenants to find their next homes. After that, I starting selling to those tenants. Finally, my carrier took off and clients started referring me to their friends and family. And other people started reaching out to me.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have a Master's Degree in Finance and Real Estate(2015) as well as a Business and Marketing Degrees.
