He was extremely easy to get along with, friendly, cordial, and was very enthusiastic to sell our house. Within 15 minutes of our signing his contract, he did a video to post on social media about the house and its information that same evening. He kept us up to date with feedback from potential buyers, and he contacted us right away with offers.
