Kim was the best thing about this house buying process. As a first time home buyer I came into this blind and out of my element. She broke everything down into bite size pieces of information. I knew Kim had a reputation of being a great real estate agent, but I did not know the extent! I had a particularly challenging set of circumstances occur while buying my home and she went out of her way time and time again to make sure that my closing did indeed happen. If she didn't answer one of my calls immediately, she called back within minutes and never made me feel like my questions were bothersome nor unimportant.
