I highly recommend real estate agent Mary Bodnar. She was very knowledgeable about home values in the local market. She also was very accommodating and responsive to questions in preparation for selling and during the selling of my condo, which was a rental property. I had tenants getting ready to move out of my condo, and I contacted Mary a few weeks before the tenants moved out, in anticipation of putting the condo up for sale. Mary and I discussed comps in the area and came up with what I thought was a good selling price for the condo. By the time the tenants moved out, Mary already had a potential buyer lined up and at least one other potential buyer waiting in the wings just in case. The day after the condo was put up for sale, the potential buyer walked through the condo. By the following day, we had negotiated an agreement with the buyer for near the original selling price. Mary continued to be available to answer questions as the sale proceeded towards closing, and the sale was closed in less than 30 days after putting my condo up for sale. She really helped make the entire process go very smoothly.
