About Rogeria Pereira

As a realtor, my goal is to provide the best service possible to my clients. Over the years, I have combined my expertise in real estate with my knowledge of Union County to aid my clients in finding the best property in terms of their price range, taxes, schooling, access to transportation, access to entertainment and more. My ultimate goal when guiding my clients through the home-buying or selling process is that they are satisfied and happy at the end of their journey, regardless of whether or not there were obstacles along the way. As a modern and experienced agent, I have adapted and learned new tools that will assist me and my clients throughout our relationship. Over the years, I have created well-established relationships with other professionals including mortgage representatives, home inspectors, lenders, attorneys, appraisers, and contractors; all of whom share the same goals as I do, which is to support and guide our clients until their goals have been achieved. Being initiated into the Executive Club, 100% Club and Platinum Club has also inspired me to work harder and continue my education in the real estate business, helping RE/MAX continue to be the worldwide real estate leader. We had met with over four Realtors when we started this process but none of them were as responsive as Rogeria aEUR~Reggie Peralta. My wife found her on Dallas Ramseys website. We scheduled an introductory meeting and we hit it off immediately. On the first day that we met and visited homes we found our home. This is when the challenges began, but Reggie wa ready to assist us. Reggie walked us through the process was organized with a checklist and provided next steps and guidance on the little areas. After searching for qualified candidates (attorney, and contractors) Reggie shared her network with us that were knowledgable, professional, courteous, fair, and at a great price. Reggie made what is normally an overwhelming process a smooth transition, as we worked through the hurdles that are commonplace in this process. Reggie is accessible and was very responsive, even with a planned trip abroad she still checked in regularly. After the sale of the property we also realized that we are connected thru a mutual family friend. We all share the same sentiments in that Reggie is a great realtor who has your back and gets the job done!!!!!
