Roger did a great job. The first thing we did was a walk through and he pointed out the flaws in the house that we should address. Once they were addressed we put the house on the market. The house sold pretty quickly, we did a little negotiating with the buyer but finally came to an agreement on a fair price. Everything went pretty smoothly.
