Today, I was supposed to tour a house with Rodney Wallner scheduled through Zillow. I was provided text reminders throughout the week as shown, without a spot for aEURoeconfirmationaEUR? as it provides a link to either cancel or reschedule. I have been to many house tours through Zillow and have never had an issue. I was at church during the time he called for the first time 45 minutes prior to the tour without leaving a voicemail, so I was unaware it was even the realtor showing us this house as I get spam calls all the time. I called and texted him while we waited at the house without an answer, so I decided to call the realtor attached to the house. She had no realization someone was touring this home today and she is out of town. A few minutes later, Rodney decides to call and blames me for the reason he did not show up. He came off very rude from the beginning of the conversation, and states he had been doing this for a long time and has been stood up aEURoeover 100 times in his career.aEUR? Maybe reach out prior to 45 minutes of the showing if you are worried? Very unprofessional! I would not recommend this company especially Rodney as a realtor.

Savannah Blake seemed to "get me". After looking at just a couple of homes, she understood what I was looking for. In the offer phase, she gave superb advice on how to structure the offer to have the best chance of it being accepted, which it was immediately. She stayed in contact regularly which I really appreciated, especially after going under contract. We had a long closing, seven weeks, and she was reassuring the entire time. At the closing, she alone noticed a discrepancy that would benefit me. After the closing, she still stayed in touch to make sure things were going well. She came to be a friend! She may look young but she is wise, and a great advisor.
