About Rodney Martin

Rodney's roots run deep in Central Texas and after many years living and working in the Permian Basin, made his way back home to Lake Brownwood. He's a storyteller at heart and understands the history of the land and the dream of lake and ranch living. With his vast experience as a builder and contractor, Rodney has the unique ability to quickly assess a home and the needs of his clients. He goes for the "why" with every listing and buy. He has a passion to see growth in the communities of Central Texas and has lived in Coleman, Comanche and now Lake Brownwood. If you can't catch him out in the backroads of the area looking at properties, you will find him at his dock fishing or playing his guitar. I am posting this review months after the actual sale. Thats because I have an extremely busy job and life. That was what made using Hillary such a blessing. She took care of the time consuming work that I could never have done on my own. She was also very patient in educating me and walking me through the process, since I had never sold a home before. I had a house on the market with a realtor in Coleman for over 14 months and did not get a single offer. I continuously asked what I could do to help it move and did everything in my power. Then by chance an usual occurrence happened with my original realtor. I took it as an opportunity to find someone who would help me sell the place.
