About Rod Appleton

I love selling homes in and around Western Loudoun County, VA. I love working with buyers and sellers and will give them all the time they need to see their Real Estate dreams fulfilled. I've been married to Terry since 1990 and have 3 amazing kids, the world's cutest granddaughter, and we live on 11 acres on a dirt road in Round Hill, VA. I'm also a musician and direct 2 choirs affiliated with Patrick Henry College in Purcellville. Terry and I are followers of Jesus Christ and are very blessed to serve Him in any way we can. Rod exercised a great deal of patience with us in an extremely difficult market. His advice regarding suggested bidding prices was both insightful and accurate in a market of extreme over bidding.
