I worked with Rocco last year in regard to a rental property in New Brunswick. We were in talks with him for several months and he was polite, accommodating, and patient (at the time). In the final weeks before cutting ties, he led on my group and me for 3 weeks, then informed us "we did not act quick enough" after he had canceled on us twice. Because of the delay, he left 7 college students without housing past the on-campus housing deadline and with little to no off-campus options left. He told me "we were on our own" and did not offer any assistance to find alternative housing even after our pleas. Also blatantly deadnamed an individual in my group after explicitly stating her name and pronouns.
