After owning our home for 3 years, my family decided we were going to put our first home on the market and relocate to a different state. Robyn helped me to purchase my first home and I couldn't have been happier with the experience she provided me! She was knowledgeable about the area since I was moving from out of state, super accommodating to my schedule for showings and was able to get things organized for me to ensure I felt comfortable with every step of the process. As a new home owner, she took time to understand what I was looking for and was able to offer me a lot of options that hit the mark, eventually leading me to my home that I LOVE. I initially put in an offer on another home and Robyn helped me navigate the inspection process, listened as I talked through concerns and was more than supportive when I ultimately chose to walk away from that sale. She was then able to provide me several other properties, took me to see them and helped me put in an offer. She again helped me navigate the ins and out's of my closing, questions, etc. A few months after moving in, Robyn even called to follow up and see how things were going. Robyn is a wonderful agent to work with. Robyn took the time to understand our wishes for a new house and worked with us to make sure we purchased what we were looking for. At no time did we feel pressured to purchase something that didn't fit our needs. We never felt like we were just a client but instead had an agent who really cared that we were happy with our purchase.
