I have worked with buyers, sellers, renters, commercial lease, commercial purchases, from the smallest home to the largest. I am sure I have many new types of buyers and sellers to meet, it is what makes this job fun, meeting and learning from others.

I had a buyer in a unique Family dynamic that was not so pleasant for them, my only job is to protect that buyer, it was not about closing on the home as much as it was assuring their families needs were met, even if it meant not purchasing the home. It all worked out, took some juggling, but I would not change it for the world. I love helping others.

My mother was a Realtor in Arizona, I grew up in the business assisting at the office, it became second nature for me to follow this path.

I have many certificates, which will not mean much to the general public, My most important training has been 15 years of experience in the Fayetteville market, leading and training agents and being a good servant to my clients.
