A full year before our planned move to Charlotte, we scanned on-line listings with Robyn's firm. She immediately reached out. After we expressed feeling defeated in the housing market, Robyn's contact information was forwarded to us by an associate of ours. When we called Robyn, she began work immediately with calling the seller agents of the houses we had picked out. Robyn ensured that we were aware of the current stage of the process at all times. She does not wait for you to call her; instead, she calls you and sends daily status updates. I felt like Robyn made this process so simple because she always prioritize our needs/concerns above all else. Unlike other realtors, she will not be afraid to ask the sellers the difficult and uncomfortable questions to make sure there is no confusion. Robyn is very acquainted with the North Carolina region and very familiar with the processes and procedures involved in purchasing a home. Her interpersonal skills are exceptional, and she does a fantastic job of making you feel at ease and ensuring that she is working in your best interest. She made sure to provide us with her expert opinion on the topics we requested, such as the home inspection and what to expect at the closing but always allowed us to make the final call. Robyn knows the house buying market, as evidenced by her actions. I would repeat the same process as long as we could do it with Robyn. Even if you paid us, we wouldn't choose any other real estate agent. Choose Robyn to take care of your family if you're looking for someone who keeps their word, has a strong work ethic, and the right amount of drive to get the job done in this hectic market.

I loved working with Robyn. She helped me buy my second house and then sell my first house. Robyn was very patient, went through all the documents in detail, and managed my expectations. I never felt rushed or that my questions/concerns were unheard. She also has a network of people that you can tap into - mortgage lenders, handymen, lawyers. We shopped for a new home during the pandemic so it was very challenging to buy in a seller's market. She helped us draft the offer that the sellers accepted almost immediately. We ran into several issues with the home inspector and Robyn went above and beyond to try to rectify the problems, including contacting the inspector's manager and consulting attorneys on my options, since the issues came to light after we closed on the house. On the selling side, Robyn's pricing strategy got us into a multiple offer situation. We were under contract within 3 days. Robyn will do everything possible to meet your specifications. She guided me through the entire process of buying and selling and advocated for me at every turn. Robyn is a lot of fun to work with and I will be calling her again in the future.
