ZillowVERIFIEDRobyn is, by far, the best realtor we have ever worked with. We are military and have bought and sold several houses over our career. Sadly, our experiences with other realtors had left us not even wanting to use a realtor. When we first moved to Texas, we tried to find a house on our own but quickly realized that was not going to happen. So, we gave Robyn a call. Robyn got right to work figuring out what we were looking for in a house-- which was difficult because we weren't even sure of that! We had no idea what area of Dallas we wanted to live in and our top priorities were ever changing which made our search area very large and daunting. Most realtors would have run, but Robyn was always patient and always made herself available to show us houses, answer questions, and negotiate deals (and we had several of each). She was always on time, prepared, and SO KNOWLEDGEABLE. The realtor of the house we ended up purchasing was, um...inexperienced, but Robyn even picked up his slack and still got us to closing on time. Not one realtor we've used in the past has ever checked on us after the sale, but Robyn not only checks in, she sends birthday cards to my kiddos and offers other goodies (like free pies!) to all her clients throughout the year. There are 1,000's of realtors out there, but you will be hard pressed to find one even half as good as Robyn.

We did everything remotely in the midst of COVID19 and to add to it, we were moving out of state from Illinois to Texas. Robyn did such an incredible job for us and got us our dream home.
